WorldCast

Accessing your email account and composing a new message is not enough if you need to send newsletters or promotional emails to multiple customers. A bulk email software can help you save precious time. WorldCast allows you to compose emails, in plain text or HTML format, from the comfort of your desktop. When you are done, you can send your message to any number of recipients, with a single click.

WorldCast is free and you don't have to go through a difficult process to install it. It is compatible with all Windows platforms, from Win 95 to Win 7 and it works fine even with older hardware.

By default, a wizard will launch when you run WorldCast. The wizard will guide you through important configurations, like specifying your email address and SMTP server, selecting a message format and so on. You may disable the wizard, if you want, and make all the necessary settings along the way.

The main interface is where you may compose messages, customize them and select one or more recipients. New recipients can be added one by one, on a separate window. Alternatively, you can import entire lists, from CSV, DBF or TXT files. Besides typing text and changing its font settings, it is possible to insert tables, hyperlinks, the current time, date and variable for email addresses.

The software allows you to set up a SMTP server or a DNS server. If you opt for a DNS server, you can validate the email addresses and see if your emails have reached the recipient's mailbox. Additionally, you can set a different number of simultaneous connections, change the text's encoding, select a higher or lower priority for your messages and more.
